WHAT is Dry Heat Sterilizer ?
Dry heat hot air sterilizer generally involves placing an item to be sterilized inside an oven or heat chamber, and heating it until it is warmed all the way through. This process usually kills infectious organisms. It is is suitable for use by Home Users & in beauty salons and spas but is also great for nail technicians, mobile therapists & students. This item could heat up to 220 cellius degress. The first advantage of using it is metal tools and instruments will not rust, allowing these tools and instruments to last much longer. How to use:
1. Put the tool sterilizer in a stable surface.
2. Open the lid, pour quartzite into the pot; quartzite can not be too much(not beyond 80%of the inside capacity).
3. Connect the power,and turn on the switch ,the light turn red and the product begin to heat at the same time.
4. After 12- 18 min heater, insert the tools(scissors, razors, nail cutter, etc) into quartz sand vertically.
5. Wait for 20–30 seconds, put on the adiabatic gloves and take out the sterilized tools.
6. When the inside tank reach the setting temperature, the light will be automatically off and the sterilizer stop heating;
7. And the sterilizer will heat automatically when the temperature is lower than 135 degree, indicator light will turn on again.

Function Button:
1.Press the “Menu”button,begain to setting timer. Each press of “Timer Settings” the timer add 5 minutes.Each press of “Reduce temperature/Time” the timer reduce 5 minutes.The maximum timer is 90 minutes. After set the suitable timer,begain temperature setting
2.Press :”Temperature control”button,the LCD screen Blinking 075 number. Begain Temperature setting. Each press of “Timer Settings” the temperature add 5 Celsius degrees. Each press of “Reduce temperature/Time” the temperature reduce 5 Celsius degrees.The Maximum temperature is 250 Celsius degrees. Set the suitable temperature.After 5 times blinking. 3.Press the “Menu”button to check how many minutes you have set. After equipment normally working,the temperature will show on the LCD screen.
4.If want to reset the timer and temperature. Press “Reset Key” button to clear the equipment or power off.

After sterilization, hook the ring onto the tray and fetch it out the disinfection cabinet
Do not touch the hot tray with your hands while it is working
